Tour Overview

CAIRO • PYRAMIDS • LUXOR • DAHABIYA NILE CRUISE • ASWAN

The Fairouz el Nil Dahabiya Cruise has been designed to enable you to enjoy Egypt at a gentler pace. Explore the Nile where the large multi-deck cruises cannot dock, and discover a land that time has forgotten.

This relaxed, immersive holiday combines a five-night dahabiya Nile cruise between Luxor and Aswan through the serene scenery of Upper Egypt, with two nights in Cairo, where you will see the pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum in Cairo and two nights to relax in Luxor and explore independently. While aboard your traditionally-styled dahabiya Nile cruise, visits to the magnificent temples and richly decorated rock-cut tombs of the pharaohs are balanced with plenty of time to sit back and relax aboard your dahabiya’s spacious shaded sundeck as the twin lateen sails propel you gently up the Nile.

Each of the Fairouz el Nil Dahabiyas’ six comfortable air-conditioned ensuite cabins has large windows and an ensuite bathroom. It is worth noting that the Fairouz el Nil’s cabins are more spacious than most dahabiyas on the Nile. If you are looking for a comfortable small boat to sail up the River Nile at an enticing price point, the Fairouz el Nil Dahabiya Cruise could be for you!
