Ancient Lycia & The Turquoise Coast is a privately guided and chauffeured tour that has been designed to reveal one of Turkiye’s most spectacular regions – a mystical land that is steeped in history and natural beauty. On this wonderfully varied journey, you can look forward to discovering tumbled bucolic archaeological treasures, plying through the water on dreamily beautiful boat excursions, hiking two short, picturesque sections of the famed Lycian Way, and relaxing in style by the Aegean Sea.

Of Lycia, the 20th-century explorer Freya Starke wrote: ‘There are not so many places left where magic reigns without interruption and of all those I know, the coast of Lycia was the most magical.’ Starting on the coast in Gocek, the journey will bring you into the wild mountains of Lycia with their romantic ruins before taking a cruise on the soothingly green Dalyan River and travelling inland to Pamukkale. Then, descend to Antalya, from where you will regain the Turquoise Coast and follow the spectacular coastal road to Kalkan, stopping enroute to admire classical ruins.

The Ancient Lycia & The Turquoise Coast tour concludes with a boat trip on the breathtakingly beautiful Gulf of Kekova and time to relax by the Aegean Sea.
