Boutique hotel in a historic stone building

Villa Galilee is a boutique adult-only* hotel housed in a heritage stone building, nestled amongst rose gardens high in the hills of the Upper Galilee between Safed and Rosh Pina. *Children are permitted during July, August and Jewish holidays only.

This cosy four-star property has fine mountain views and is a good base from which to visit the nearby historic town of Safed and explore the sites of Galilee and Golan Heights. Accommodation is in 24 warmly decorated rooms inspired by Provencal interiors.

As entry-level rooms are compact, it is worth paying for an upgraded room with extra space and a view. Deluxe rooms are recommended and have large windows that face the mountains and come with a sitting area, double (Queen size) bed, bathtub, tea/coffee making facilities, and minibar. Villa Galilee has many interesting nooks and crannies, inside and out, to relax and enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery.

Guest facilities include gardens, an outdoor (seasonal) swimming pool, and a Spa offering an extensive range of treatments. There is also a relaxing lobby area where you can enjoy a book, listen to music, and order a drink from the bar, and an on-site restaurant dishing up Galilean and French cuisine.
