Whether traditional Nepalese or Continental cuisine, meals are served in the main dining room or on the terrace; the kitchen uses freshly sourced ingredients from the hotel’s organic garden and neighbouring farms to prepare sumptuous meals.

Pre-dinner drinks are usually served around a log fire in the courtyard, and there is also a bar serving imported wines and an exotic range of cocktails.
