In the heart of the old walled city of Jodhpur, Raas is an inspired creation where four superbly restored traditional 18th-century havelis seamlessly fuse with three chic, new, modern buildings created using Jodhpur’s red sandstone to create a superb boutique hotel. The hotel offers accommodation in 39 slick, contemporary, minimalist-style rooms and suites with walls made of hand-cut rosy sandstone blocks, floors and beds made of hand-polished terrazzo and balconies featuring unique sliding sandstone shutter screens. While most rooms overlook Mehrangarh Fort, four rooms face the restored havelis and come with a private walled garden.

Dining options at Raas include two stylish restaurants, which serve cuisines from around the world and offer glorious views of the fort from their terrace. Private candlelit dinners by the pool can be arranged upon request. The rooftop bar is a superb venue for pre-dinner drinks and beautiful views of the beautifully-lit Mehrangarh Fort.
