Memories Aicha Camp

Memories Aicha Camp at Wadi Rum offers a superb opportunity to immerse yourself in the wild Arabian desert and provides an enchanting yet affordable desert experience that doesn’t compromise on essential creature comforts.

Tucked away between two huge rock faces and with a dramatic backdrop of towering, rugged mountains, this camp’s location is ideal for uncovering many of Wadi Rum’s iconic landmarks including the Umm Fruth rock arch and the Burdah rock bridge. At Memories Aicha, accommodation is in 55 large canvas tents and geodesic domes that are thoughtfully decorated in vibrant colors of red, orange, and yellow to create an authentic Arabian ambiance.

All tents are air-conditioned and come with an ensuite bathroom with running hot and cold water. For families traveling with a young child, the upgraded Junior Suite Tents are perfect as they feature a separate lounge space in addition to the sleeping area, whilst the Panoramic Tents that feature a partial domed-class ceiling/window are perfect to enjoy the clear night sky filled with sparkling stars.

The dining area is located in a large, tented dome, where you can enjoy hearty breakfasts and sample a traditional Bedouin dinner whilst taking in the sublime views.

Other on-site facilities include a library, terrace, outdoor barbecue area, and a cozy shisha lounge serving non-alcoholic drinks as well as Jordanian Arabic coffee in a vibrant atmosphere.

Activities on offer at Memories Aicha include 4×4 desert safaris and camel rides.
