Accommodation is in 110 simply furnished rooms and suites, all air-conditioned and equipped with ensuite bathrooms. Hotel facilities include a multi-cuisine restaurant and a banquet hall. Guests at the Bodhgaya Regency Hotel should be aware that due to the hotel’s proximity to the Maha Bodhi temple complex and the prohibition on the sale of alcohol in the state of Bihar, the hotel is unable to serve any non-vegetarian food or alcoholic drinks. It must also be noted that this hotel is locally managed, and the rooms are prone to glitches. While the staff are courteous and friendly, the service levels at Bodhgaya Regency are not comparable to hotels elsewhere in northern India.
