Gorkha Gaun is a simple, rustic-style mountain lodge offering a glimpse into a rural lifestyle in Nepal. It is an excellent base to explore the historic town and the surrounding villages. Located on a ridge, the Gorkha Gaun Resort was built using locally sourced handmade slates and stones and echoes the region’s traditional architecture.
Accommodation is in 10 simply furnished rooms that are tastefully decorated using local artefacts and traditional motifs. All rooms feature an ensuite bathroom with running hot water and are designed to offer breathtaking mountain and valley views.
