Charming heritage hotel inside a centuries-old palace
Fort Barli is a 340-year-old palace fort in Barli Village in the Ajmer district of Rajasthan. This simple yet charming, intimate, converted heritage hotel retains many of its original features and is designed to take you back in time to the splendid Rajputana.
Conveniently located between Jaipur and Udaipur, this hotel is family-run by descendants of Barli warriors. Accommodation comprises eight individually decorated rooms and suites beautifully furnished in traditional style. It should be noted that all rooms in the adapted fort structure are different sizes. While the Super Deluxe rooms showcase Rajasthan’s traditions, the suites at the palace have a homely feel, and the spacious Royal Suites offer stunning countryside views.
